Ocean Mental Health Services, Inc. Annual Report provides a wonderful opportunity for us to recognize the highlights and challenges of the past FY 2017. It also provides us with the opportunity to continue as the largest mental health provider in Ocean County, NJ. At OceanMHS we pride ourselves in offering comprehensive mental health treatment options as the cornerstone to assisting consumers in developing tools for their toolbox.

OceanMHS was invited to partner in the Toms River Family Health & Support Coalition beginning this year. This is a remarkable honor as the coalition has placed mental health, wellness, and substance misuse as one of the leading priorities to “make Toms River the healthiest community in New Jersey.”
This is a wonderful opportunity to work with other community organizations, both for profit and non-profit, to develop innovative and long-term changes in our community. Our triennial review took place this year and brought the Division of Mental Health and Addictions Services, which was integrated with the Department of Health, to our facility for a thorough inspection of our policy, procedures, and overall daily functions. We are proud to say that our review went smoothly, largely in part to the wonderful staff at OceanMHS who work tirelessly, day in and day out, to ensure all consumer needs are met.
