Bright Harbor Healthcare operates over 30 specialized mental health programs for adults, children and their families/caregivers and employs over 300 full-time, part-time and per-diem employees throughout Ocean County. Yes. If the position requires at least thirty (30) hours per week, part-time employees are eligible for benefits.  Some benefits may be offered on a prorated basis.

We do require criminal background checks and verification of education, credentials and licensure for all our positions. Since many of our direct care positions require our employees to work closely with vulnerable populations, newly hired employees may be required to take a pre-employment drug screen, be fingerprinted and have a complete physical.

Yes, internships are available for students affiliated with accredited colleges or universities at both undergraduate and graduate levels.  Referrals for internships should be made through your school field placement office.
