Bright Harbor Healthcare operates over 40 specialized mental health programs for adults, children and their families/caregivers and employs over 400 full-time, part-time and per-diem employees throughout Ocean County. Do you offer benefits to
part-time employees?
Yes. If the position requires at least thirty (30) hours per week, part-time employees are eligible for benefits. Some benefits may be offered on a prorated basis.
Do you require pre-employment background checks and/ or drug screens?
We do require criminal background checks and verification of education, credentials and licensure for all our positions. Since many of our direct care positions require our employees to work closely with vulnerable populations, newly hired employees may be required to take a pre-employment drug screen, be fingerprinted and have a complete physical.
Do you offer
student internships?
Yes, internships are available for students affiliated with accredited colleges or universities at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Referrals for internships should be made through your school field placement office. Current openings for internships can be found using the link below.
